It is used on-line for cleaning, coating and drying of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metal wire rods. Equipment capacity:
On-line cleaning (hot water) + on-line film + drying; Automatic water replenishment, temperature control and linkage control with wire drawing machine;
It is mainly made of stainless steel;
The coating and drying max speed is 3m/s (wire rod speed). Consumption of coating agent: 70 ~ 90g / ton (6.5 wire rod), 0.09kg/ton × 27rmb /
kg = 2.43 CNY / ton.
